A VERY GINGER MARTINI

In a cocktail shaker

2 oz. Yazi Ginger Vodka

1 oz. Simple Syrup (recipie below)

1 oz. or so... of fresh squeezed lemon. I usually slice off a chunk and just squeeze it into the cocktail shaker

a pinch of red pepper flakes ( defintely to taste, but make sure you put at least three little flakes)

couple ice cubes

Shake Shake Shake, and pour into a vintage Martini glass

Simple Syrup

1c sugar

1cup water....in a sauce pan, bring to boil until surgar is disolved. Store in refridgerator up to one month.

*note* I belive a drink should be served in a beautiful vessel. :) We've got a wonderful selection of vintage glasses, wine, martini, juice...ect. at TFS....stop on in

ENJOY!

oh, I feel required (for some p/c moment) to say..."drink resposibly" :) we all know that, right?
